Respite Care Agreement

In providing the above care in this capacity, the independent independent recreation worker is not an employee of: Access Better Living Inc., Cochrane Temiskaming Extend-a-Family, Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre, Cochrane Temiskaming Children`s Treatment Centre, Community Living Iroquois Falls, Community Living Kirkland Lake, Community Living Temiskaming South, Community Living Timmins, Cochrane Community Living, Kapuskasing and District Association for Com munity Living, Hearst Community Living, Timmins Child and Family Services and the District/Autism Program. The family is not responsible for the transfer of all necessary legal payments and transfers. For example: T4 proof, vacation pay, provincial medical plan, security and insurance coverage, employment insurance premiums, overtime wage increases, severance pay, etc.
